Before Filebird
Every purchase meant forms posted out, signatures chased by phone and invoices paid by bank transfer whenever the client remembered. The front desk spent its day answering the same question: where are we up to?
The switch
Fairlie & Co. turned on the client portal for every new matter. Clients see each step of their purchase, sign documents in the browser and pay invoices by card or bank, straight into the right account.
What changed
Ninety-eight per cent of invoices are now paid online, on average six days after they’re sent. Update calls are down by forty per cent, and the front desk works on files again.
